Who we are
A property business built on doing things properly.
We work with landlords in London, Liverpool and Manchester who want one of two things: a fixed rent they can rely on every month, or a tenancy run from start to finish by people who know what they are doing.
We are deliberately not a portal and not a call centre. Every landlord has a named property manager, every property is inspected and every figure we give is prepared by a person who has looked at the home.

Your rent figure
A property manager reviews the details, visits if needed and comes back to you with a figure and the proposed term.
Agreement and handover
We agree the terms in writing, record the condition in a full inventory and take on the property.
Paid every month
You receive the agreed rent every month for the full term. We handle the rest.
