A property manager reviews it
We look at the property itself, its condition and the current local rental evidence. Where needed we arrange a visit at a time that suits you.
STEP 03
Your rent figure and terms
We come back to you personally with the monthly figure, the proposed term and what is included. Everything is set out in writing for you to consider.
STEP 04
Preparing the property
If anything needs attention before handover, such as safety certificates or small repairs, we tell you clearly and can arrange it.
STEP 05
Agreement and inventory
Once you are happy, we sign the agreement and record the property's condition in a full photographic inventory.
STEP 06
Paid every month
From the agreed start date you receive your rent every month for the full term. We look after the home, inspect it regularly and keep you informed.
During the term
What happens once we take the property on.
- Your rent arrives every month on the agreed date
- We place, check and look after the occupants
- Routine maintenance is coordinated through vetted contractors
- Regular inspections, with written reports to you
- At the end, the property is checked against the opening inventory
