Register once with your areas, budget and timing. We match your search against the homes we look after and contact you personally about the right ones, rather than sending you a stream of listings.

Do you charge tenants fees?
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, letting agents and landlords in England cannot charge tenants most fees, including for viewings, referencing or setting up a tenancy. Rent, a capped deposit and a small number of permitted payments are allowed.
How much rent can I be asked to pay in advance?
Since 1 May 2026, landlords and agents in England cannot ask for more than one month's rent in advance.
Can I keep a pet?
You can ask, and the landlord must consider your request and respond within 28 days. Tell us about any pets when you register your search.
Will my deposit be protected?
Yes. Deposits on assured tenancies in England must be protected in a government approved scheme, and you will be given the details.
