Overseas landlords

Your UK property run properly while you are abroad.

Your UK property looked after properly while you live abroad, with clear reporting and a manager you can always reach.

How we help

Owning property in the UK from overseas brings particular challenges: time differences, compliance rules that keep changing and the difficulty of checking that work has actually been done. We act as your eyes and hands on the ground.

If you live outside the UK, HMRC's Non Resident Landlord Scheme normally requires your letting agent or tenant to deduct basic rate tax from your rent unless HMRC approves you to receive it gross. We will explain how the scheme applies to your arrangement and work with your accountant.

How it works

From first call to first payment.

Four clear steps. A property manager guides you through each one.

01

Tell us about the property

Complete the rent calculator or speak to us. It takes about two minutes.

02

Your rent figure

A property manager reviews the details, visits if needed and comes back to you with a figure and the proposed term.

03

Agreement and handover

We agree the terms in writing, record the condition in a full inventory and take on the property.

04

Paid every month

You receive the agreed rent every month for the full term. We handle the rest.
