Apex Listings Ltd (trading as Apex Listings) is registered in England and Wales, company number 16087038, registered office 14/2e Docklands Business Centre, 10-16 Tiller Road, London, E14 8PX. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you use our rent calculator, request a call back or send a message, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property postcode and address, and information about your property. Our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs for security.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare your rent figure, respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

We share data only where needed: our website and form hosting provider, our email provider, and professional advisers where required. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for six years after the end of our relationship for legal and accounting purposes.
